Holly aims to make classes accessible, inclusive, embodied, and deeply infused in her own unique interpretation of the ancient wisdom of Yogic philosophy. Much more than just a workout, Holly's classes are a chance for you to connect to your body with curiosity and compassion, to your own inner compass, and to something larger than yourself however you identify with that concept. All of this, while also having fun and making sure to laugh at ourselves along the way on this wild ride of humanness.
