Yoga and surfing ask us to step fully into a state of presence. With so many expectations and stimulations bombarding our nervous systems each day it is vital to unwind, relax and somatically release these pressures. To play, laugh, and create space for freedom. To remember through experience the peace that exists at the center of our being. Yoga and surfing offer a magical mix of internal and external movement of prana, or life force energy, that takes us back to center. Rising with the sun, especially with intention and reverence, brings its own power; a connection with nature that’s in our very DNA to embody. The vibrancy that emanates from this combination is truly indescribable — something that must be lived to understand.

Yoga mat and water bottle encouraged. Surf portion is optional, if you are planning to surf please bring your own wetsuit and board (if you're willing to share -- bring extras!)
