Forest Song Circle

Join Bleeding Hearts Yoga for a donation based circle of song, mantra, & story among the trees. "Sacred songs are used for healing all levels of our multidimensional selves. As we come together in community to sing songs and share space and energy, we foster social bonds that nurture our highest potential and affirm who we are." (SYI Manual p. 289)

I'll be leading the circle and teaching medicine songs in several languages for us to all sing together, with a chance for anyone who wants to share their own songs/stories/mantras as well. Absolutely no prior knowledge of these songs, or "perfect" singing ability is necessary. Just an open heart and mind, and willingness to step into authenticity. Everyone who joins also has the choice to bring a local orgaization to the list of possible donations. I will choose from that list at random each month. Lets build community connnection through our hearts and voices and support the Seacoast community while doing so!
