This healing workshop will guide you through mediation, 5 different elemental embodiment practices you can do anywhere, journal prompts, and discussion with time & space for integration. Come share in the magic with Bleeding Hearts Yoga at Indigo Haven Healing!
Come exactly as you are, comfortable clothes encouraged, bring a journal if you'd like to, nothing else is required.
